9/28/2026: We Met in Person!

Our group, 2Failures,  consists of Alejandra, Lucas and Nikolas (not pictured), and me. It was fun to meet my fellow classmates outside of class for the first time. Thank goodness we are able to do so before today's class, since we did not begin communicating until the day of class. 

How we started...

It was quite the challenge to begin the assignment, since the instructions Lucas gave in class were, "Make something that runs." I had to explain what that mean, since my teammates did not have a technical background or understand computer programming. Alejandra and Lucas wanted to meet to simply take our required selfie for class, but I did not consider their tight scheduled before starting the conversation on our deliverable. Ultimately, we saved a project on App Inventor. Nikolas also slept through our meeting so hopefully this entry can help him catch up to our progress.

Struggling with App Inventor

We struggled to find a function so we can edit our project as a group. We initially though we could share a project like on Microsoft office. "Settings" on the ribbon did not have what we were looking for, so we tried "Connect." Before we give up and use Zoom to share a screen, we will mess around with the "Companion" options under "Connect" to see if the AI Companion can tell us how to simultaneously edit on different devices.
